The Downtown Atlanta Arts District Corp (DAADC) team is a group of leaders, operators, and creatives working together to shape the future of the district. We come from backgrounds in planning, development, business, the arts, and community leadership — bringing a mix of perspectives that allows us to think holistically and act strategically. Our work is collaborative, hands-on, and focused on execution. Whether we’re working with artists, businesses, or stakeholders, our goal is to ensure the district continues to grow with clarity, purpose, and momentum.
The DAADC Board of Directors is responsible for the governance, oversight, and major decision-making of the organization. The Board's main role is to perform strategic planning and oversight.
Each of our Board Members has a direct connection with Castleberry Hill and a vested interest in seeing the District thrive.

CHADDC Staff, as a collective, is responsible for implementing the Board's vision by ensuring CHADDC meets its goals, functions as legislated, and serves the people of the Castleberry Hill Arts District the highest and best ability.
Jereme D. Sharpe | Executive Director
Mr. Sharpe is known for reconnecting the Castleberry Hill Arts District with the Downtown Atlanta Neighborhood and local Government.
As Executive Director, Sharpe oversees initiatives spanning safety and security, transportation, business development, and housing redevelopment, working closely with residents, businesses, and public partners to revitalize Castleberry Hill into a global, connected, and forward-looking arts district.
With a background in urban systems, civic strategy, and creative leadership, Sharpe brings a place-based, data-informed approach to district management focused on clarity, coordination, and execution.

The Arts Programs Partner supports the Executive Director in advancing the arts programming of the Castleberry Hill Arts District.
This role focuses on strengthening the district’s arts ecosystem by working closely with galleries, artists, studios, and cultural organizations throughout the neighborhood. The Arts Programs Partner helps guide exhibitions, public art initiatives, and partnerships that bring creative energy to the district.
